About this position
LUXASIA is the leading beauty omnichannel distribution platform in Asia Pacific, enabling brand growth for over 120 luxury beauty brands. The company focuses on luxury retail, online commerce, consumer marketing, and supply chain management, with a diverse team of 2000 talents across 15 markets.
Responsibilities
• Manage import shipments from overseas to Singapore and Indonesia
• Review and submit orders and issue Purchase Orders to brand partners
• Coordinate and track incoming shipments by preparing shipment arrival documents
• Communicate order status updates to the Demand Planning Team and address inquiries or issues
• Proactively communicate with the Warehouse, Import, and Marketing teams
• Manage inbound discrepancies
• Handle stock transfers within storage locations (MIGO)
• Assist with reports, including supply trackers, shipment tracking, and consolidating discrepancies
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and a bachelor's degree
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in SAP, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
• A great team player
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and openness to challenges
