About this position

Provides technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area, recommending and implementing equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques, and production yields for existing products.

Responsibilities

• Assist production manager for process improvement and day-to-day operation issues.
• Continuously monitor and improve production process to increase quality, productivity and safety.
• Planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling the processes concerning to production.
• Monitor and control standards operation condition in accordance with company’s standard.
• Work with maintenance group to ensure that the production processes and equipments are in good condition and ready.
• Vertical and horizontal communicate all necessary and appropriate information to related person.
• Performing a variety of other jobs relating to work assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.
• Experience of at least 2 years in process improvement, production line optimization, or manufacturing engineering in a high-tech or electronics environment.
• Good English and Local Language oral and written communication skills.
