Responsibilities

• Execute material drive tracker and publish NPI build plan within cost and schedule targets.
• Work with Global NPI and Manufacturing to set up material costs and lead time in ERP for cost rolled up in the system.
• Plan and manage expense & inventory items and ensure the materials are allocated to the correct account cost.
• Coordinate with cross-functional members to reserve the capacity for NPI build plan.
• Manage supply/demand transition throughout the new product introduction development phases.
• Provide the capacity response in S&OP for NPI products.
• Implement and govern company’s product development procedure.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experiences in program management, demand planning, product engineering.
• Experienced in working with Demand Planning, MRP planning, and Oracle ERP applications desired.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in using MS Office – e.g. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skill.
• Able to work within multi-cultural team environment.
