About this position
Responsibilities
• Conduct the fixture design of new projects.
• Non-standard equipment design and automation equipment design
• Support to manufacturing improvement by jig/fix and tooling development, Management and daily checking of equipment’s/tooling
• Tooling management and optimization
• Drawing of tooling/fixture central management
• Timely coordination processing in the design, manufacturing, purchasing, assembling, debugging problems in the process, provide technical support to use for subsequent.
• Capable to conduct DFM analysis/review.
Requirements
• Familiar with common mechanical structure, materials, methods of heat treatment of materials
• To understand the common mechanical processing technology
• Be familiar with the use of graphic design software including Auto CAD or SolidWorks. Be familiar with MS office.
• At least 5 years working experience in non-standard equipment design and automation equipment design experience.
• At least 5 years years’ experience in equipment sustain and maintenance.
• Major in mechanical design is must, Knowledge in electronic is a plus.
• Experience in Kaizen improvement would be preferred.
• Intermediate English reading, writing, and speaking.
• College or above, major in mechanical design manufacturing and automation
