Facility Engineer
About this position
The Facility Engineer is responsible for managing and supervising facility engineering work, including building and ground maintenance, documentation control, engineering design, and providing specialized consulting services.
Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise facility engineering work, Building & Ground maintenance work, and work request service (installation and repair).
• Initiate, manage, and control the documentation of facility engineering and Building & Ground maintenance work such as procedures, work instruction, maintenance plan, maintenance work order, drawings, specification, construction contract, check sheet, record, etc.
• Provide the engineering design, drawing, specification, contract document, cost estimation, SOW-Scope of Work and BOQ-Bill of Quantity with estimated cost, planning, installation, and testing & commissioning for the responsible project/supporting area with engineering approach, knowledge, and appropriate standard.
• Provide facilities, utilities and infrastructure installation for machines, equipment and as per company requirement.
• Provide engineering knowledge and know-how to develop facility operation and maintenance team members.
• Provide specialized facilities engineering consulting services to facility operation and maintenance function.
• Develops plans, implement, and maintain the effective program, procedures, specification, instruction, check sheet, record and relevant document for the related works of Facility Department.
• Responsible as a member of Energy Management System of company.
• Responsible as a member of Emergency Response Team, First Aid Team and Rescue Team of factory.
• Support work assignments from immediate supervisor/manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant engineering field.
• At least 5-10 years’ experience in facility engineering work from Semiconductor/Electronic manufacturing environment or related field.
• Good communication skill, good supervision skill, able to work under minimal supervision.
• Good command in English.
• Can do attitude.
