About this position

The Senior Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the packing operations of bonded store staff, ensuring adherence to schedules and standards, managing inventory levels, and maintaining quality control in the beverage and dry goods packing process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise Bonded store packing staff and supervisors to ensure the operation go well according to working schedule and work standard.
• Manage packing and loading process time to meet Transport's delivery time.
• Manage floating inventory of each airline according to PAR level to prevent stock shortage or over-inventory.
• Responsible to counting stock and conducting inventory report accurately according to customer's requirement in daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Analyze and report loading consumption based on actual demand in order to forecast proper ordering quantity.
• Optimize staff's run rate and assign tasks to staffs productively to achieve productivity target.
• Study and understand new packing instruction updated from each airline customer.
• Able to educate updated information from the instruction to all concerned staffs within effective date.
• Organize document and report related to airline's requirement.
• Responsible to quality control (Expire date, FIFO, defect) and perform final inspection to ensure the completeness of loaded items.
• Manage day to day tasks and issues to ensure the operation will be able to run smoothly.
• Responsible to quality complaint from customer related to department.
• Conduct training session to new staffs according to WI training plan.
• Effective communication and high responsive to related department.
• Responsible to other assignment given by manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree of Manufacturing or Warehouse Engineering.
• At least 5 years' experience of related fields such as Manufacturing/Process engineer, Production engineer or supervisor. Warehouse Engineer would be advantage.
• MS office skill especially in excel
• Good analysis and supervisory skill are necessary.
• Ability to communicate in English well (TOEIC score is above 550)
• Flexible to operation time.
