Duty officer (Flight Operation)
About this position
The Duty Officer (Flight Operation) is responsible for ensuring the highest standard of catering service by liaising with customers and various departments, managing airline contract changes, and overseeing flight operation activities.
Responsibilities
• Liaise closely with customers and concerned departments to provide highest standard and the best catering service.
• Familiar with all airline's standards and requirements.
• To ensure any changes requirement of airline contracts are immediately respond to the related parties and well manage.
• Answers telephone calls and mark down all requirements on log-book and inform responsible persons.
• Liaise with kitchen regarding specialist meal, flight delays or menu changes.
• Ensure all supervisors report to duty as per roaster.
• Communicate with customers in all catering requirements.
• Other assignment by supervisor.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Business Management, Logistic or related.
• At least 2 years of experience in flight operation.
• Good command in English is a must.
• Customer focus with ability to communicate to all level.
• Able to supervise to staff.
• Willing to work as a shift duty and over time.
