About this position
Service Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that not only service stability exists within Enterprise Data Technology infrastructures to meet business demands, but also service continues to operate within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Responsibilities
• Define key measures and set up appropriate monitoring to indicate service status
• Review the service status across infrastructures to assess risk levels, address issues with relevant teams, and progress open actions
• Analyze both client level and system level usage data and be able to provide insights and recommendations
• Provide regular reports to key collaborators to communicate the current status and drive actions to a timely closure
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or Operations Management.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical thinking
• Strong data analytical skill
• Strong understanding of SQL.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills required, as is a focused attention to details
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (preferably to advanced level)
• Good background in data visualization concept and tools. Tableau knowledge and PowerBI is preferred
• Good communication in English and strong social skills required
• 2-3 years of experience working in a technical environment or with a technical organization
