About this position

A Delivery Lead is required to join the Product Engineering Risk Technology team organisation based in Bangkok. The role is accountable for the technical delivery of large-scale transformation programmes, bridging the gap between technology and business change to deliver the business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the scope of each project/programme is clearly understood by all involved parties, leveraging accurate governance forums to ensure base-lining and change control.
• Planning the activities required to deliver the workstream scope and ensuring that the workstream plan aligns with other workstreams, identifying and prioritising the resources required for delivery.
• Owning the work to deliver the scope on time and on budget. This includes understanding technical interdependencies and working with tools such as JIRA.
• Proactively identifying Risks, Issues, Dependencies, Assumptions, detailing them and proactively resolving or mitigating them.
• Ensure all impacts of dependencies are addressed in the overall project plan. Optimally work across the organization to ensure all dependent teams are aligned with the project plans and schedules.
• Good judgment using influencing skills to demonstrate business benefits and to ensure the decision is fully understood and accepted.
• Reporting status weekly (or more frequently as required) with high quality well written updates.
• Effective engagement with partners across the organisation and vertically within Technology to ensure consistent communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience of working in a software delivery role and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience of working in a sophisticated, high-paced environment with a global team.
• Excellent social skills both written and verbal.
• A real self-starter with the ability to make clear decisions and tackle problems, generating solutions and ultimately getting the job done.
