About this position

เจ้าหน้าที่ประกันคุณภาพมีหน้าที่ควบคุมและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ามีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด

Responsibilities

• ควบคุมคุณภาพ ตรวจสอบคุณภาพ 3 ขั้นตอน
• ควบคุม ดูแลรักษางานตรวจสอบคุณภาพชิ้นงาน และผลิตภัณฑ์ก่อนการส่ง
• วางแผนการปฎิบัติการประกันคุณภาพ ควบคุมคุณภาพ งานด้านบริการหลังการขายพร้อมทั้งควบคุมดูแลให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
• จัดการกับสิ่งที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดจากลูกค้า หรือในกระบวนการเพื่อโยงไปสู่กระบวนการแก้ไขและป้องกัน
• จัดการปัญหาการเคลมจากลูกค้า รวมทั้งวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุและแนะนำการควบคุมคุณภาพให้กับลูกค้า
• สรุปรายงานผลการทำงาน หรือรายงานข้อผิดพลาดเพื่อแก้ไขให้ทันเวลา
• จัดทำเอกสาร ISO เพื่อรองรับการ Audit
• สอบเทียบเครื่องมือวัด พร้อมทั้งบันทึกผลการสอบเทียบให้มีความถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน

Requirements

• วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส-ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน QA/QC 3 ปีขึ้นไป
• เข้าใจระบบการควบคุมคุณภาพ/การผลิต ระบบการสอบเทียบเครื่องมือวัด
• มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ ISO 9001
