About this position

The Fashion Stylist in Bangkok will lead the Women’s full silhouette client strategy, drive the Womens’ Ready-To-Wear business, provide styling and trend advice, collaborate with key stakeholders, and elevate the client experience through personalized styling services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Women’s full silhouette client strategy
• Support the Retail team in identifying opportunities and sustaining client expectations
• Collaborate with the Merchandising team to increase the WRTW business
• Update the team on current fashion trends and styles
• Participate in local and zone RTW events, projects, and new product launches
• Collaborate with the Retail team to provide personalized styling services
• Assist in hosting and support Client Advisors in the selling process
• Provide feedback on clients and business opportunities
• Coach and conduct workshops/trainings for Retail teams
• Prepare materials for workshops/trainings
• Collaborate with WRTW Merchandising team on collection trainings
• Support in styling related training and client-related events
• Provide other styling related services as required

Requirements

• Experience in retail or sales in the fashion industry
• Personal shopping or styling experience desired
• Excellent knowledge of fashion and styling trends
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Attention to details
• Approachable, friendly, and personable
• Ability to connect with different personalities and client profiles
