• Develop and execute strategic pricing initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Analyze competitive pricing, market trends, and consumer behavior to set optimal price points.
• Partner with brand and finance teams to align on pricing strategies that reflect brand value.
• Oversee the design, execution, and evaluation of promotional programs to drive incremental sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and trade teams to ensure promotions align with brand objectives and deliver ROI.
• Monitor post-promotion analyses to recommend enhancements for future programs.
• Design and implement a robust pack price architecture strategy to support portfolio differentiation and revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities for value-based pricing across different package sizes and formats.
• Ensure alignment with consumer needs and market positioning.
• Develop trade terms guidelines to optimize revenue and improve partner relationships.
• Implement policies that balance customer investment and profitability.
• Work with sales teams to structure trade terms that drive strategic outcomes and meet revenue targets.
• Lead efforts to optimize product mix to enhance margin and meet consumer demand.
• Assess the impact of product assortment on overall revenue growth.
• Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to manage product portfolio effectively.
• Ensure net price consistency across channels and customers.
• Develop frameworks for price governance and compliance to prevent pricing erosion.
• Regularly review and analyze data to ensure adherence to pricing policies.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, revenue growth management, pricing strategy, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of pricing strategies and revenue growth management principles.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling.
• Detail-oriented.
