At L’Oréal, the Omni-channel Communications Manager (Medical) will develop and deliver strategic communication plans to advance medical business priorities, ensuring effective communication with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver medical strategic communication plans that advance LDB medical business priorities
• Define and implement off & online touchpoints to create a seamless communication to the right audiences (healthcare professionals)
• Build strong strategy and manage healthcare professional communities to ensure committed performance of the platform
• Monitor and analyze performance to ensure quality execution and meaningful evaluation to further improve communication plans and programs
• Manage and work closely with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives and outcomes
• Ensure internal and external ethical norms are respected concerning relation with healthcare professionals
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related fields
• Proven ability to develop and execute brand plans aligning with business priorities
• Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate and refine brand plans
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and possess strong command of English
• Able to work independently and being an effective cross-functional team player in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in brand/product management, preferably in Cosmeceutical/FMCG industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Veeva, Veeva Vault, E-viseven is a plus
