Key Account Manager (Modern Trade)
About this position
The Key Account Manager (Modern Trade) at L’Oréal is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key accounts in the beauty industry.
Responsibilities
• Achieve sales target and profit margin as well as 5P’s in-store execution of assigned account within a yearly controlled budget.
• Initiate promotion program and execution plan by translate strategic plans into sales strategies to achieve sales plan, product mix and profit objectives.
• Regularly update and monitor sales forecasts to ensure competitiveness of assigned accounts.
• Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities across assigned accounts.
• Facilitate regular meetings with customers to address price updates, sales forecasts, delivery schedules and invoice/payment issues.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop sales planning and strategies to win market share in all categories, ensuring smooth in-store executions and success of company key NPD launches.
• Analyze data and develop plan to drive continuous improvement in revenue and sales execution.
• Build and maintain strong trusted relationship with key decision-maker in assigned accounts.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2-5 year experiences in Customer Management.
• Preferred experience with FMCG industry in Modern Trade Channels.
• Having skills of Sales Management, Business Acumen, Negotiation and Communication.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Proactive and open-minded.
• Team Management Skills.
• Good command in spoken and written English.
