About this position

Counter Manager position requires expertise in luxury or premium sectors, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage & Drive sales to achieve sales target by applying brand selling method, product knowledge and able to follow basic service flow across different touchpoints.
• Manage Stock availability & quality.

Requirements

• Luxury/ Premium Expertise in past field experience (fashion, jewelry or beauty).
• People Development/ Leadership Skills.
• Excellent communication skills, Presentation, Clienteling & digital savvy.
• Ultra Luxury service Sense.
• Sense of ownership- entrepreneurship.
