About this position

L'Oréal is seeking a highly motivated Sourcing Manager to lead a significant portfolio of packaging materials. Drive cost optimization, build strong supplier relationships, and contribute to the success of our iconic brands.

Responsibilities

• Manage a substantial budget and portfolio of packaging materials
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies
• Optimize costs, quality, and service across the value chain
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
• Mitigate risks and ensure responsible sourcing practices

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in packaging sourcing within FMCG
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials and manufacturing processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset
