Key Account and Business Development Manager (Offline)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop, monitor, and manage a portfolio of retailers/clients account, in accordance with the strategy of division and brands.
• Create an annual business plan/JBPs/activation plan considering levers of growth to achieve brand results (sell-in, sell-out, market share) and the profitability of brands within the account.
• Lead or participate in the negotiations with retailers/clients on key launches, space, location, and stock in trade.
• Establish and implement the plan including trade marketing/animation/ merchandising/training. Follow up return-on-investment of actions and animations. Support the development of the account, including e-retail.
• Define Business Development and Clinics+Pharmacy strategy at country level, by type of clinics cluster/doctor segmentation and prescription potential.
• Partner with Medical Visit team to secure sales conversions, driving excellent supply chain indicators (service level, on-time delivery, OSA, stock in trade by branch, SKU catalogue maintenance etc.) à lead distributor management and day to day operations to achieve business/brand objectives.
