Junior Community Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand engagement strategy through community and A&I, through the influencers/community persona aligned with brand equity and objective and target audience insight
• Identify, vet and manage relationship with the key influencers and community to advocate the brands. Build strong relationship and ensuring compliance with the brand guidelines
• Develop and execute the impactful A&I campaigns that resonate with target audience
• Develop the plans and executions for the community gathering and activations to support the brands campaigns
• Collaborate with cross functional team to integrate engagement activities across the customer journey and ensure brand experience.
• Monitor, analyze and optimize A&I activation performance using data driven insight to maximize ROI and inform future campaigns
Requirements
• Minimum a bachelor degree
• Proficient in English
• Having at least 3-4 working experiences on managing influencers/ affiliates from FMCG/Agency
• Having a dynamic and agile personality
• Proven interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
• Willing to work with high mobility
