About this position
Responsibilities
• Build dermo category in the market with retailers: create strategic JBPs, understand consumer journey and needs, roll-out category projects, feed insights and recommendation to channels based on analysis (market, shopper, consumer, competition).
• Develop strategic 360 mix to activate plans by customers/distribution channels to drive sales target achievement by generating specific activities for retailers through leveraging global brand positioning and category penetration.
• Lead the translation and execution of the launch, commercial, business development strategy into impactful retailer and promotional programs, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets. Lead projects such as RGM/promo guardrails, Pharma Forward, Dermo Zone Category and distribution expansion.
• Negotiate annual agreements to push brand/business objectives and develop trusting relationships with key customers. Support the commercial team in their business plan alignment with retailers, with the right shopper and category insights, market, and category reviews, and during retailer presentation.
• Identifies trends, opportunities, threats and defines channel vision (growth, profit, investment, share of space, image etc.).
• Fosters collaboration between functions to ensure consistent vision and excellence in execution+results delivery.
