About this position

Join the L'Oréal Indonesia Plant Team as a Production Technician! L'Oréal, a global leader in beauty, is seeking a talented Production Technician for our Indonesian Plant. If you are passionate about technology and driven by excellence, we invite you to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of our technical equipment.
• Maximize production yield by managing and maintaining technical equipment.
• Quickly and effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Implement and adhere to established maintenance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, safety, environmental, and ergonomic regulations.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

What You'll Need
• A diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance-related role.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining production machinery.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles, including PLC programming.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Having a can-do attitude.
