About this position

As a Training Manager for Dermatological products at L’Oréal, you will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions and designing comprehensive training programs that enhance the knowledge and skills of internal teams and external partners in the skincare industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions for internal teams, Dermatological Advisors (DAs), and external partners, including pharmacists, clients, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), focusing on the science-backed ingredients and formulations that power effective skincare.
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs covering products/services, cutting-edge research in skincare, brand and divisional values, and the medical, competitive, and regulatory landscape.
• Represent the brand as a lead speaker at brand events and live sessions, showcasing your expertise and passion for scientifically advanced skincare.
• Ensure all training activities, both internal and external, adhere to the highest ethical standards, particularly in interactions with healthcare professionals and dermatologists.
• Ability to establish credibility and trust through your deep product knowledge and expertise in skincare science.
• Craft compelling narratives that highlight the scientific rigor and efficacy of our skincare products.
• Effectively persuade and motivate others to embrace new knowledge and skills related to scientifically advanced skincare.
• Identify opportunities to enhance training programs and drive business growth within the competitive skincare market.
• Embody the values and spirit of a brand dedicated to dermatological health and scientifically proven results.

Requirements

• Master/Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science.
• Minimum 3-5 years in training & development, experience in managerial level is sales or marketing is an advantage.
• Proficient in sales processes, skills, and techniques.
• Proven track record in creating and implementing training programs, particularly in sales training for teams and channel partners.
• Extensive technical product knowledge and strong business acumen.
• Strong understanding of product specifications and competitive offerings.
• Ability to analyze and develop training materials.
• Effective communication skills and proficiency in English.
