About this position

As a Sales Manager at LONGi Group, you will be driving the sales performance for the Thailand market, specifying and implementing effective sales and business-development initiatives in line with global strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies for Thailand market.
• Collaborate and work with distributors to perform relevant analysis and act like a project manager to design and implementation of improvement ideas.
• Complete the sales tasks after the decomposition of the region, payback targets, customer development work, maintenance of existing customer resources.
• Follow up and maintain potential customer resources in the region, cultivate new customers in the market and facilitate new orders for the project.
• Complete the work plan issued by the company and superiors.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, energy, electronics, mathematics and other science and technology majors are preferred; fluent spoken English is preferred.
• Experience in photovoltaic industry, familiar with solar cell, module manufacturing process. (2 years or more relevant work experience)
• Good communication and logical thinking ability, with independent thinking and problem-solving ability.
