About this position

LONGi Group is seeking a Product Manager to lead Technical Solutions & Services for key utility photovoltaic projects in Thailand, leveraging their expertise in the solar industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Solutions & Services implement on key utility photovoltaic projects e.g., solar farm.
• Develop close relationship with Customer Technical Team. Have leadership in adding technology value to customer and influence customer decisions.
• Engage in customer discussions. Analyze customer requirements and design PV system solutions. Preparing tender documents.
• Review technical details and identify technical risks in contract.
• Collect voice of customer, analyze competitor info, perform field study, and document market requirements.
• Handle customer warranty claims.
• Support for related activities, including but not limited to market branding activities, channel sinking activities, seminars, etc.

Requirements

• Science or Engineering degree with >5 years working experience in Solar module or other related industry. Have PV industry upstream and downstream knowledge.
• Deep understanding in PV system design.
• Need ability in software such as PVSyst, AutoCAD, RSTAB/RWIND, SketchUp.
• Quick learner and apply learning to job functions.
• Great communication skills and detail oriented.
• Be commercially sensitive and have business mindset.
• Speak fluent English and Thai. Chinese speaker preferred.
