About this position

Position involves supporting logistics operations by preparing documents, coordinating with team leaders, ensuring accuracy of work documents, recording and summarizing work data, providing guidance to drivers, preparing welfare and compensation documents, coordinating with support departments, and performing other assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support logistics operations by preparing documents for daily operations
• Coordinate and support team leaders in planning urgent travel plans efficiently
• Verify accuracy of work documents received from drivers after each transport trip
• Record accurate and complete work data for analysis and improvement
• Provide guidance to drivers on recording work data accurately
• Prepare, summarize, and verify welfare and compensation data for approval
• Prepare documents according to company quality standards
• Coordinate with support departments to achieve company policies and goals
• Perform other assigned tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Management or related field
• Good personality and passion for logistics and service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, touch typing skills
• Strong coordination and teamwork skills
• Flexible and able to solve problems effectively
• Good attitude and resilience to work pressure
• 1 day off per week (Sunday), work 6 days a week
• High flexibility in work schedule
• Willing to work night shifts or able to work night shifts (considered a plus)
• Consideration for accommodation near workplace (considered a plus)
• Fresh graduates are welcome
