Responsibilities
• Conduct safety, occupational health, and environmental checks in accordance with legal requirements
• Analyze work processes to identify risks and propose safety measures
• Train employees to comply with safety regulations and guidelines
• Evaluate workplace safety risks
• Compile statistics, analyze data, and prepare reports on workplace incidents
• Assess and evaluate the company's compliance with safety plans and measures
• Inspect and assess workplace conditions and collaborate with relevant authorities
• Perform other safety-related tasks as assigned by superiors
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in occupational health and safety
• Good communication skills in English
• Knowledge of logistics safety is a plus
• Strong coordination and teamwork skills
• Diligent, service-oriented, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Ability to work under pressure
• Positive attitude and resilience to work-related stress
• Flexible work schedule
• Must be able to drive and possess a driver's license for occasional travel
• Proximity to workplace accommodation is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor
