The Sales & Marketing Engineer will be responsible for communicating with customers, preparing sales prices, negotiating documents, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be required to motivate and organize the workforce to achieve targets.
Responsibilities
• Communicate with customers to receive orders, suggestions, claims, and others.
• Prepare sales prices and project cost proposals, negotiate documents, and issue quotations to customers.
• Implement specific customer requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure achieved targets.
• Participate in personal development, performance management, and providing opportunities for high performers.
• Report problems and issues to superiors.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in any related field (Welcome to New Graduates).
• 0-5 years in Import-Export field or logistics industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office and research programs.
• Understanding of the operation flow of Freight Forwarding/Cross-border Truck & Marine & Air/Customs clearance.
• English communication skills.
• Basic IT skills (MS Office etc.) Good negotiation and communication skills.
