About this position
The IT Staff position involves supporting engineering applications, troubleshooting hardware and software, and providing helpdesk support.
Responsibilities
• Basic network and Internet troubleshooting, daily system monitoring.
• Support the system for engineering applications; hardware, software.
• Support with installing and troubleshooting the hardware and software.
• Developing VBA Macro, C#, C++, and script according to the request from customers.
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Helpdesk support.
Requirements
• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineer Information Technology or related fields.
• New graduated are welcome.
• Systems Engineer (0 - 2 Years Of Experience).
• Knowledge in MS Windows Server, Domain, AD, DNS, Storage, VMware, MS SQL Server, Software Backup, MS IIS, Firewall, Server Hardware, etc.
• Knowledge in Computer/network System and IT Security.
• Able to work in shift rotation (Day Shift & Night Shift) and weekend by job duties.
• Good command of English communication skill.
• Programming Skills.
