About this position

This role has the overall responsibility for the recruitment service line of LIXIL Asia (excluding Japan) and for meetings required from Business/HR and delivery commitments. Has people management responsibility (training, on the job performance and coaching). Accountable for ensuring legal and regulatory compliance of the recruitment process in Asia (excluding Japan), in collaboration with RPO company.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong and constructive relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, key HR contacts, as well as across the broader Tagged business
• Gain a sound understanding of the assigned business (structure, nature of their work and business challenges faced) to enable anticipation of businesses future recruitment needs, ensure sourcing strategy is aligned with these requirements
• Ensure effective and high-quality regular weekly, monthly and quarterly communication with the hiring manager community and various key senior business stakeholders, facilitating a consultative recruitment experience through knowledge and intelligence sharing, as well as accurate reporting
• Become a key contact point for recruitment, sourcing or strategy queries/issues that arise pertaining to the RPO team
• Actively seek and act on feedback from key stakeholders to drive optimum solutions for both parties
• Analyze and communicate to client/s and Tagged peer's recruitment trends, results, and insights (business unit, client, and external market) to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk
• Communicate the process and benefits of the solution and Tagged membership to key stakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives/ projects, and additional service offerings
• Governance and Compliance (Team, Recruiting Numbers, Policy, Process, Procedure)
• Extensive experience in Sourcing and hands-on recruiting will be key to this role
• Regular Team/recruiting numbers/HR and business review

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any fields
• At least 10 years experience in Staffing, Recruiting, or Search / RPO Firms
• At least 3 years experience managing recruitment teams in a matrix management environment
• Fluency in English
• Experience with Successfactors, SAP and similar recruitment specific applications
• Experience in matching candidate qualifications/ experience with job requirements
• Use of recruitment technologies and practice of recruitment processes
• Execution of hiring plans and strategies
• Monitoring of individual and/or group performance against Key Performance indicators (KPI's)and Service Level Agreements
• Asia Geography, culture, government laws and employment requirements
• Experience in operational metrics reporting and data analysis
• Use of Google
• Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP and similar recruitment specific applications
• Understanding of full end to end recruitment and hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, applicant tracking, placement and onboarding
• Experience in matching candidate qualifications/ experience with job requireme
