Sales Data Analyst & Trade Marketing Officer
About this position
This position is responsible as a key member of the Sales team to support data analysis to Sales director in terms of Sales & Commercial opportunity gap, Team performance improvement and margin driven. He/she needs to provide a weekly / monthly Sales performance report, Actual vs Target and Performance Trend as well as track the progress of Sales Strategic KPI link to the strategy of each team.
Responsibilities
• Collect, interpret data, analyse results to establish business needs and strategies
• Allocate sales budget and spender budget and assign target to team
• Perform evaluations, analysis and present reports and recommendations that help a company to remain competitive in the business market.
• Assess and make predictions on company trends, performance and profitability
• Drive continuous process improvements and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the business
• Fully understand the business environment; carefully scrutinize the performance of LIXIL & competitors. Provide better picture of the business environment and understand the reasons behind the success or failure for a future decision or strategy
• Recommend price & margin control and close monitor MDT, SP & TT distributors nationwide; close working with Distribution Sales Manager, Group Key account and Group Project sales to synchronize the Sales master plan generate highest benefit to sales teams and Customer network
• Analyse Company sales performance (Sales in-out), market & critical information, competitor’s activities. Identify new business opportunities and make recommendation action to team (pricing, promotion, activities etc.) for all Sales channel improve efficiency
• Run weekly or monthly routine reports to review with Sales Director provide insight information and discussion
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields, MBA or equivalent is an advantage
• At least 2-3 years work experience in Sales Performance Management, Sales Data Analyst, Sales persons (MT & TT) and familiarity with big data & cloud storage
• Good analytical and strategic thinking
• IT & Technology Savvy ( SAP, Google sheet, etc.)
• Very good communication in both Thai & English
• Able to work full time at AIA office Building (Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00 hrs.)
