R&D Design Supervisor (ProE & Creo)
About this position
Responsibilities
• In-charge for the preparation of 3D and 2D rendering drawings of new products of different categories.
• Ensure the best method for the preparation of drawings following the established guidelines and format.
• Review the models, block molds splits, assembly and dimensions and ensures that they are accurate per specifications.
• Leads the problem-solving process, problem identification and definition, root cause analysis, and action plans implementation related to drawings.
• Coordinates with the CNC programmer for the drawings required for the CNC machine cutting.
• Ensure that they comply with country standards, specifications, and tolerance.
• Analyze all design issues that can be identified through the 3D and 2D renditions.
• Coordinate with Design team for the shapes and aesthetic of the new products based on their design brief.
• Coordinating the work of project team members to ensure that project goals are achieved.
• Identifying risks and formulating and executing abatement plans.
• With good initiative and proactive.

• Knowledgeable in graphic software, Pro E, Solid works, ACAD, etc.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or other analytical discipline.
• Excellent proven analytical, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to effectively negotiate and facilitate complex problem resolution.
• Minimum of 3 years of Pro E experience and project leadership including management of complex projects.
• Familiar and be the expert in CreO Design System.
• Knowledge in ceramics or sanitary wares is a plus point.
• Good communication skills and should be capable to work with various stakeholders.
• Good in English both verbal and written.
