Responsibilities
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent development
• Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making i.e. HC Planning and Annual Operating Planning (People Cost)
• Work with COE Team to lead the talent acquisition process and ensure smooth integration of new hires
• Drive succession planning, employee development, and career progression initiatives
• Align the Training and Learning of Global Program and ensure employees are entitled and involved
• Manage performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee career journey
• Provide training programs to enhance the leadership capabilities of business managers in Thailand wise and Regional Plan
• Mentor and guide the subordinate HR staff, developing their skills and preparing them for future leadership roles
• Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication and building trust with employees.
• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, including LIXIL Voice surveys, focus groups, and action plans.
• Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Work with the Total Reward team to ensure compensation and benefits programs has remained competitive in the market and comply with labor laws.
• Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
• Support Expats belonging to LIXIL Thailand from an HR perspective.
• Support the Asia Regional HQ team belonging to the same office
• Collaborate with Factory HR and COE to ensure smoothly supportive
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• At least 12-15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HRBP role
• Proven experience in supporting commercial business units
• Familiarity with managing a small team or subordinate is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficient in HR systems and data analysis tools
• Deep knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
• Strategic thinking and business acumen
• Strong Leadership and team development
