About this position

LIXIL is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research into best practice total reward schemes, reviewing existing schemes, identifying areas of improvement, and overseeing and directing payroll procedures.
• Represent the total rewards team in all compensation matters, such as market midpoint analysis, the structure of local incentive plan designs and the support of the global bonus program process.
• You will be responsible for assessing any reward compliance related matters, offering advice on key subjects.
• Plan and direct the implementation of all benefit plans.
• Partner with the HR team and leadership on the review of all total reward packages.
• Assess the effectiveness of current programs in relation to the company objectives and implement changes where necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations, supervising the payroll team, and maintaining accurate payroll records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience Total Rewards, C&B Manager, Payroll Manager.
• Experience in leading and developing a team is crucial for this role.
• A strong knowledge of salary practices/legal restrictions in country.
• A strong knowledge of Job Evaluation principles, benchmarking methodologies is essential and pension structures and governance, company, and benefit norms in country.
• Strong project management, analytical, organizational and excel skills are essential.
• Deep understanding of payroll processes, including tax calculations, deductions.
• Proficiency in payroll software and HR information systems (HRIS) for data entry, reporting, and compliance.
• Good in communication skills both in English and Thai language.
• Expertise with multiple survey providers and experience of managing brokers.
• Experience in SuccessFactors and Humatrix is preferred.
