About this position
This position is responsible for operating the full cycle of area accounts assignment in order processing to SAP and service customers to reach highest service satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Responsible in the full cycle of order processing input to SAP correctly in terms of Accounts assignment
• Manage the Backlog clearing and OTIF delivery arrangement
• Improve customer satisfaction
• Provide Fill rate performance report
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Discipline in Bachelor or higher degree in Business Administration or related fields
• At least 1-3 years experience in Customer Service operation with strong track recorded in the market
• Able to communicate in English
• Computer literacy, SAP would be an advantage
• Service minded, well-organized, work under pressure with “Can do” attitude
• Computer literacy, SAP would be an advantage
