Business Development Officer

Responsibilities
• CRM and Sales Funnel Management using the HubSpot system
• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments for Business Development tasks, including:
• TOSTEM Certified Dealer (TCD) activities
• Events and exhibitions
• Promotional and rebate programs
• Business Development Administrative tasks, including:
• Document and letter preparation
• Business proposal approvals
• Purchase requisitions
• Assist and support the leader with assignments
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within building construction materials.
• Proactive personality with a problem-solving mindset.
• Able to handle tight deadlines, demonstrate flexibility, and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Has some skills in business analysis and evaluation.
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal command of the English language.
• Proficient in Google workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Able to work outside the office as needed.
