Business Analyst (Commercial)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain business reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Analyze project ROI and provide insights to optimize sales campaigns.
• Provide analytical support for TCD (Total Customer Development) initiatives.
• Oversee pipeline data management to ensure accurate forecasting and tracking.
• Support internal data needs for specific projects and initiatives.
• Track and report on Sales OIT (Order Intake Target) progress and performance.
• Provide insights on sales pace and trends across all channels, including 2nd tier projects, retail markets, and home builders.
• Collaborate with sales teams to analyze and optimize the performance of sales efforts.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and other business functions to align data insights with business strategies.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in an actionable and impactful manner.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, data visualization, or sales analytics.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Sheet, Looker, Hubspot, etc).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving actionable insights.
• Strong English communication.
• Able to work independently and work as a team.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
