The Performance Marketing (Ad Ops) position involves developing and managing digital advertising strategies across various platforms to optimize campaign performance and achieve marketing goals.
Responsibilities
• Develop social media advertising strategy that includes target audience identification, choosing the right platforms, and efficient budget allocation.
• Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), Google Ads, and CPAS.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum performance, focusing on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance and suggest improvements.
• Analyze data and performance of social media advertising campaigns using analytical tools and provide relevant reports to marketing managers.
• Optimize advertising campaigns through continuous testing and updating, including setting targeting, keywords and ad creative.
• Monitor relevant social media platform algorithm trends and changes to ensure effective advertising strategies.
• Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop attractive advertising materials that match the company brand.
• Monitor and report campaign performance, including metrics such as clicks, impressions, conversions, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spending).
• Evaluate and test various advertising methods to increase campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience in digital advertising.
• Strong knowledge of Meta (Facebook, Instagram) Ads, Google Ads Manager and CPAS (Collaborative Performance Advertising Solution).
• Understand and experience in SEO, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decision.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and technology.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Creative, innovative, and has high problem solving abilities.
