Marketing Manager
About this position
Little Joy Indonesia are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to drive our brand’s visibility and recognition. You will play a key role in defining, shaping, and growing our brand awareness by developing and executing effective campaigns. This role requires an innovative mindset, an in-depth understanding of marketing trends, and a strong ability to influence consumer perception.
Responsibilities
• Develop Brand Strategy: Craft and implement a comprehensive brand marketing strategy to build brand awareness and strengthen brand positioning in the market.
• Brand Awareness Development: Create and refine the brand awareness to align with the company’s values, target audience, and market positioning. Position Little Joy in a fiercely competitive environment to make the brand loved and increased engagement from parents.
• Campaign Creation & Execution: Lead the creation, execution, and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on promoting the brand across social media, digital, and traditional platforms.
• Content Strategy: Work with the content team to develop compelling storytelling that resonates with the target audience and enhances the brand’s identity.
• Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape. Use insights to guide brand development and campaigns.
• Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and build partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and media to increase brand exposure.
• Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze the performance of brand campaigns, reporting on KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, and ROI. Use data to optimize strategies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, sales, and other teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and align business objectives with marketing efforts.
• Budget Management: Oversee and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably FMCG especially in mom and baby products.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and influencer marketing.
• Experienced in conducting competitive pricing analysis.
• Able to manage brand marketing budgets.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the brand.
• Proficient in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
