Born and built in the home of over 31 millions Moms and 15 millions babies every year, our mission, backed by in-house paediatrician and child nutritionist, is to bridge the prevalence gap of nutrient deficiency, with 1 out of 3 children experiencing stunting and has caused 50% of children death under 1 year. Upon our first year operating, we have received an immense support from our strategic investors of two fundraises and two accelerator program, Sequoia (renamed as Peak) Spark Batch 2 & Grab Velocity Batch 5, to serve almost all edges in Indonesia and become household favourites with our products’ online consistent performances as top 3 best-selling in all online marketplaces as well as their prompt availability in +1000 offline MT & GT. More than just our product ecosystem, at the heart of Little Joy, is also our thriving MomsJoy community of +200k members, who have engaged in sharing insights, knowledges, joined our community program of Little Joy Edu and Dapur Little Joy (Little Joy Kitchen). We have recently closed our third fundraise in Q3 2023 to indicate our commitment and expansion beyond our reach in creating a lasting impact on the lives of children and their mothers.

About this position

Little Joy Indonesia are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to drive our brand’s visibility and recognition. You will play a key role in defining, shaping, and growing our brand awareness by developing and executing effective campaigns. This role requires an innovative mindset, an in-depth understanding of marketing trends, and a strong ability to influence consumer perception.

Responsibilities

• Develop Brand Strategy: Craft and implement a comprehensive brand marketing strategy to build brand awareness and strengthen brand positioning in the market.
• Brand Awareness Development: Create and refine the brand awareness to align with the company’s values, target audience, and market positioning. Position Little Joy in a fiercely competitive environment to make the brand loved and increased engagement from parents.
• Campaign Creation & Execution: Lead the creation, execution, and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on promoting the brand across social media, digital, and traditional platforms.
• Content Strategy: Work with the content team to develop compelling storytelling that resonates with the target audience and enhances the brand’s identity.
• Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape. Use insights to guide brand development and campaigns.
• Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and build partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and media to increase brand exposure.
• Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze the performance of brand campaigns, reporting on KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, and ROI. Use data to optimize strategies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, sales, and other teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and align business objectives with marketing efforts.
• Budget Management: Oversee and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably FMCG especially in mom and baby products.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and influencer marketing.
• Experienced in conducting competitive pricing analysis.
• Able to manage brand marketing budgets.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the brand.
• Proficient in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
