Assistant Brand Manager
About this position
The Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for monitoring and analyzing market data, planning new product development, and executing marketing strategies to support product launches and sales activities.
Responsibilities
• Enable to monitor and analyze market by gathering all market data ex: consumer research, Nielson, post campaign evaluation
• Planning of new product development with R & D.
• Provide marketing plan, marketing strategic for yearly planning
• Plan and control the marketing/media budget and follow up the progress of the assigned work category.
• Product planning and execute new product launch into prospect channel
• Coordinate with sale department in implementation of sales and marketing activities
• Follow up and analyze sales target and teams expenses.
• Control and execute the initiative and/or marketing strategies pricing and distribution channel.
• Liaisons between partners and internal function on any business requirement to support the marketing implementation plan and distribution channel.
• Working cross-functionally with operation, Trade Marketing, Key Account to plan, execute and manage the product roadmap
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing and sales, business administrative.
• Professional and presentable, with good negotiations, communication, and strategy skills.
• Computer literacy with good command of English
• Highly responsible, self-motivated, creativity, strong marketing sense and good analytical skill.
• Minimum 3 years of Brand Marketing and new product development experience in FMCG business is required
