About this position

The position of Process Design Engineer at Linxens involves designing and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring feasibility and robustness, conducting performance testing, and developing equipment solutions. The role is integral to the company's continuous innovation and growth.

Responsibilities

• Design new and improve existing manufacturing processes.
• Define process requirements and evaluate design options using advanced tools (simulation, predictive techniques, etc.).
• Provide guidance on concept selection and support the industrialization team.
• Conduct Process FMEA and risk evaluations.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure design meets standards and is feasible.
• Define and execute testing plans to validate process performance.
• Analyze test results and ensure alignment with goals.
• Design new equipment and upgrade existing systems.
• Establish specifications and support supplier selection and CAPEX setup.
• Develop and prototype equipment solutions.
• Plan and execute testing, analyze results, and document performance.
• Develop equipment user guides, safety instructions, and maintenance plans.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to validate equipment use and upkeep.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in mass production processes and process engineering.
• Strong project management and communication skills, leadership in change management, customer and quality orientation, problem-solving.
• Native in Thai and fluent in English.
