Responsibilities

• Drive New Product Development: Provide technical details and machine parameters to produce samples that meet customer specifications and project requirements, ensuring high-quality standards and on-time delivery.
• Quality and Process Optimization: Verify sample quality, address technical issues with corrective actions, and ensure product and process capability meet target standards.
• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and release all required documents (PMP, WI, FMEA, machine parameters) to support new product transfers and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Lead Development Projects: Oversee design, material selection, process optimization, and product performance to meet project requirements and improve product reliability.
• Competency and IP Development: Drive team competency growth and contribute to intellectual property development.
• Safety and Compliance: Investigate workplace incidents and rule violations, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
• Core Team Leadership: Lead new product development and improvement projects, ensuring technical requirements are met and customer approvals are obtained.

Requirements

• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technology field.
• You have over 6 years of experience as a Process Engineer, ideally within the RFID industry.
• You possess comprehensive knowledge of RFID products and related technologies.
• You are fluent in Thai and have basic proficiency in English.
• You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and enjoy collaborative environments.
• You have strong communication skills and can effectively convey technical concepts.
