About this position

Lintasarta is a leading Indonesian telecommunications and IT solutions provider, specializing in business-to-business (B2B) services, offering a wide range of services to help organizations with their digital transformation needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and keep timeline of respective BOD / Chief KPI progress and get all obstacles solved by driving collaboration with related parties
• Establish governance frameworks, enforce standardized project management practices, and ensure all transformation initiatives align with strategic objectives and digital transformation goals.
• Oversee the entire project portfolio, manage interdependencies, track progress, and provide transparent updates to stakeholders through dashboards and reports.
• Facilitate organizational change, support operational improvements and digital modernization, and ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes across the company.
• Allocate and optimize resources (teams, vendors, and third-party providers) effectively to ensure smooth project execution and avoid conflicts or bottlenecks.
• Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, drive alignment on transformation priorities, resolve escalations, and monitor performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in any field from reputable university
• Proven experience min. 5 years in managing projects and stakeholders
• Good business acumen
• Excellent communication and influencing skill
• Strong stakeholder management
• Strong project management
