Responsibilities

You will be managing clients' operation with following responsibilities :
• Identify areas for process improvements
• Lead initiatives for increased efficiency and reduced costs.
• Oversee operational projects from initiation to closure
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and risk assessments.
• Ensure quality standards are met
• Stay compliant with industry regulations
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics
• Generate reports and provide data-driven recommendations
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide updates on operational project progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering field
• Proven experience minimum 5 years in managing project or operations
• Strong stakeholder communication
• Ability to identify and resolve operational challenges efficiently
• Ability to translate complex operational details into actionable steps
• Commitment to delivering operational excellence that enhances customer satisfaction
• Willing to be located across Sumatera region
• Possess certifications in Industrial Relations, Accident Investigation and AK3U
• Accustomed to audits in oil & gas industry such as F100, CHSEM and others.
