Responsibilities
• Act as strategic partner with, and coach people managers to enhance their leadership capabilities, fostering transformational leadership at all levels.
• Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR strategies, policies and programs that align with overall company objectives.
• Implement leadership development programs that equip managers with the skills to drive performance, build resilient teams, and lead change effectively.
• Act as consultant, facilitate communication and provide guidance on all HR-related matters including employee relations, conflict resolution, and legal compliance.
• Provide data-driven information and insight to support well-informed decision making in people-related matters.
Requirements
• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in any field from reputable university
• Proven experience minimum 7 years in HR areas, experience in technology or telecommunication company is preferable
• Good business acumen
• Excellent communication and influencing skill
• Strong stakeholder management
• Strong task management
