About this position

Lintasarta is a leading Indonesian telecommunications and IT solutions provider, specializing in business-to-business (B2B) services. We are looking for an Endpoint Security Engineer to join our cybersecurity team, responsible for protecting devices from security threats and ensuring compliance with security policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage Security Tools: Set up and maintain endpoint protection tools such as Trend Micro XDR, DLP, ForeScout NAC, CASB, CyberArk PAM, SSL VPN, and Silverfort MFA.
• Monitor & Respond to Threats: Continuously monitor for security threats and take action to mitigate risks.
• Vulnerability Management: Apply patches and security updates to fix vulnerabilities on endpoints.
• Enforce Security Policies: Ensure all devices comply with security best practices and company policies.
• Incident Management: Lead the response to endpoint security incidents, providing timely resolution.
• Collaboration: Work with other teams and assist in training employees on security best practices.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest security threats and improve endpoint protection strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in endpoint security or IT security roles.
• Hands-on experience with Trend Micro XDR, DLP, ForeScout NAC, CASB, CyberArk PAM, SSL VPN, and Silverfort MFA.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security tools and best practices.
• Experience with patch management and vulnerability scanning.
• Familiarity with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
