Responsibilities

• Salary Structures & Compensation Plans: Create and manage salary structures to ensure fair and competitive pay for all employees, analyze market data (salary surveys) to adjust pay scales and keep up with industry trends.
• Job Offers & Onboarding: Work with Talent Acquisition team to ensure competitive job offers align with company pay structures.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Use data to evaluate current compensation programs and suggest improvements, provide regular reports on pay equity, trends, and salary recommendations.
• Benefits Programs: Help manage employee benefits programs and suggest changes to improve employee satisfaction.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with legal requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in compensation & benefits or related HR role
• Working experience in HR consulting, especially comben services, is preferable
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency working with data
• Proficiency in spreadsheet or similar tools for data analysis
• Familiarity with salary surveys and compensation data, knowledge of salary structures and compensation strategies.
