About this position

Procurement Manager who can analyse our current processes and systems to create the best methods for day-to-day operations. Experience in distribution and has the vision for simplification. She/he will also be responsible for overseeing the purchasing department, establishing goals based on inventory needs and sales projections. Has excellent leadership skills, proactive in problem-solving with proven organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:
• Define inventory policy for each item
• Ensure product stock properly managed by procurement team at the optimum level regarding to inventory policy
• Timely and professionally communicate with vendors to ensure that the product arrives in a timely
• Liaise closely with third party logistics to ensure enough space, manpower, and necessary resources for warehouse operation and logistics
• Liaise closely with third party logistics to manage stock and transfer stock among external warehouses including cross companies as necessary
• Liaise closely with brand representatives and external customers to prepare ordering plan according to promotion plan, sale plan, and confirmed orders
• Coach, develop team and lead transformational activities to build procurement capabilities and improve procurement efficiency
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly procurement reports
• Identify team issue and develop solution
• Set up firm procedure to handle all the request from customers and ensure all the request has been managed properly as per instruction
• Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels
• Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
• Monitors business trends and product availability to provide the best services without sacrificing quality or delivery times
• Analyze data to anticipate future needs and support if any request from customer and supervisor
