About this position

The HR Assistant Manager / Manager is responsible for overseeing training and development, employee relations, and recruitment processes within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of HR management principles and the ability to effectively manage various HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Focus on training activities
• Coordinate for induction program for all new comers
• Identify training needs analysis and prepare the training plan
• Organize the internal training programs as schedule plan
• Facilitate the external training programs as per requested
• Keep update the training record in database
• Prepare and submit all related training documents to Department of Skill Development within 60 days after training ended
• Develop the new programs from training needs and initiate the existing programs improvement from training evaluation result
• Talent management & Succession Plan
• Competency and skill matrix
• Manage the Disciplinary actions.
• Provide the consultation to Senior Management for labor issue and conflict.
• Build the good employee relationship for all stakeholder.
• Be the company representative to meet labor department or labor court
• Day to day administration for employee life cycle
• Handle recruitment procedures, processes and activities.
• Source appropriate recruitment channels both internal and external channels and also various programs of staffing.
• Clarify with Line Manager to gain better understanding of recruitment needs and requirements.
• Post the job advertisement in the appropriate advertisement channels both internal and external advertisements and initiate the new recruitment techniques to get more potential candidates.
• Screening the resume, pre-interview, shortlist and give comment to Line Manager.
• Interview and give comment the candidates to Line Manager.
• Organize the interview for Line Manager and follow up the interview.
• Negotiate and job offering to the candidates.
• Control the hiring salary and recruitment expenses within the approval budget.
• Prepare the concerned documents of candidate e.g. the contract, the letter of consent for pre-medical check-up, criminal record, IT request form, company mobile phone, etc.
• Keep record and keep filing the applications.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies about job vacancy mostly for manager level.
• Verify the invoice and expenses about recruitment matters.
• Prepare driver recruitment weekly report (every Monday) and send activities last week for BSC report.
• Support any recruitment activities to all sites.
• Prepare any recruitment report or tracking as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• At least 5 - 10 year working experiences relate to the scope of work above.
• Knowledge of Labour Act is mandatory.
• Relevant conceptual and administrative knowledge and/or experience of HR management
• Demonstrated ability to be well organized, efficient meet deadlines and achieve high standards, with limited direct supervision.
• Strong analytical skills, able to learn quickly, planning & organizing skills, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of English language both spoken and written skills.
• Expertise in computer skills in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook and Internet.
