About this position

We are looking for an experienced software engineer with a strong background in developing backend systems to enhance our services and deliver food meals for millions of customers across Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional team to deliver quality and efficient software - easy to maintain, testable, and reusable in Agile Principle with Scrum methodology.
• Work with different teams to make a real impact that will benefit the team and users of LINE MAN Wongnai.
• Design and develop backend systems for services such as LINE MAN, Wongnai.com, Wongnai POS, and Wongnai Merchant App (WMA) to enhance web and mobile application capabilities in order to deliver food meals for millions of customers from 1 million restaurants across the Thailand country.
• Improve the system to enable better performance and high scalability, improve code for easier maintenance, and improve team productivity supporting active user growth.
• Learn and use many technology tools and programming languages in software development such as Java, Golang, gRPC, Node.js, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Git, CI/CD, Grafana, ELK, Airflow, AWS, Data Pipeline, and others.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field of specialization preferred.
• A minimum of 3-5 years experience in software engineer or any field-related.
• Ability to develop software in Java.
• Experience with the APIs and microservice architectures.
• Experience with test-driven development.
• Experience in DevOps Practices and CI/CD Pipelines.
• Experience in using Docker to create Docker Images and Deploy Docker Containers.
• Basic knowledge of frontend development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and debugging a large codebase.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• It’d be Great if you have:
• Experience with the APIs and microservice architectures.
• Experienced in Golang development.
• Deep understanding of low-level technical.
