Senior Quality Assurance Executive (Contract)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute merchant audits on the application to ensure they meet established quality standards. This includes reviewing merchant details to identify and rectify anomalies.
• Develop measurement plans and manage tools and freelance resources for maximum efficiency.
• Analyze audit results and perform root cause analyses to create proactive preventative measures.
• Gather and analyze customer experience data related to merchant quality standards to identify trends, emerging issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement quality policy procedures to ensure consistent merchant quality.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve quality-related issues and continuously enhance processes.
• Stay updated on LINE MAN Wongnai services and features.
• Handle quality-related projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
• Be available to work on weekends if required.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in operations support, administrative roles, or related fields.
• Strong observational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.
• Problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to analyze situations logically and creatively.
• Adaptability to a fast-changing environment with a hands-on approach to achieving results.
• High accountability, trustworthiness, and a growth mindset with a "Can-Do" attitude.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in E-commerce or online platforms is a plus.
