Senior Graphic Designer (Creative Optimization) (1-year contract)
About this position
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating, testing, and optimizing visual assets that appear within our app. You will collaborate with marketing, UX/UI designer, and user growth team to improve user engagement, conversion rates, and overall app performance through data-driven creative strategies.
Responsibilities
• Designed and developed high-quality visual assets for various marketing campaigns within the app.
• Collaborate with marketing, UX/UI, and user growth teams to align creative designs with strategic goals.
• Conduct A/B testing of visual assets to determine effectiveness and optimize for performance.
• Utilize data and insights to drive creative decisions and improve user engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our assets are cutting-edge and impactful.
• Translate complex concepts into visually compelling designs that communicate effectively with target audiences.
• Continuously refine and improve creative processes, incorporating feedback and learnings from data-driven testing.
• Ensure consistency and brand alignment across all visual content.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital, app-based, or E-commerce marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creative design and an understanding of user engagement.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and using insights to inform design decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to think strategically.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
